People who don't mantain fence for a neighbor who has livestock is just a plain bad neighbor. Old saying "Good fences make good neighbors" holds true to me. People are just to dam lazy anymore to maintain and fix a fence! If it can't be done by the seat of a tractor or combine they don't want to do it! And that is wrong!
