 Cattle will reach worse if there is tall corn right next to the fence, they will do it even with a hot wire. It happened with my own fence between my pasture and my own crop, 48 inch woven with a barb on top and a hot wire in front and they pretty well ruined the fence.




Either your wire isn't "hot" or its too close to the actual fence.


The hot wire needs to be 2-3' inside of the permanent fence to keep them off of the fence.


It works.
