NW IL | Sounds like Oklahoma law is similar to IL. Most IL farmers do not understand the fence law here and hopefully the first poster reads the files I attached and saves himself some headaches when he runs into a neighbor that knows what the fence law is in IL. It does vary from state to state though, so what is the law in one state on fences may be totally irrelevant to a farmer in another state. Would be interesting if a farmer had a fence right on a state line somewhere where the laws greatly differed between the states. | |
