| They also say to view owning land to as to view it as bundle of 100 straws, where really "owning" the land would equate to having control over and really owning all 100 straws. However, in this day and age, one can only buy so many of the straws, no matter how much money they throw at it. The government will always maintain control of some of the straws through taxes,eminent domain, etc. Its not really that much different than any government sponsered retirement account, we as individuals really dont own as much as we think we do. | |
