Well, maybe you wouldn't put a dime in a 401k, but I have put a lot of dimes in one and it has paid off extremely well. I don't know how anything wouldn't keep up with inflation, smart investments, that is. The long term stock market average is what, 10% or so? Every financial guy I have ever heard says to take advantage of employers match, I mean if a person is working there, why wouldn't that do it? Why would you leave that money on the table?
