20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana		Not by renting it to a "reputable farmer". I'm sure lots of guys would offer to mine it and then to a half-butt job of tiling it...

I'd rather do it myself and know its getting taken care of. Or at least my opinion of getting taken care of.
