Amherst WI		If you rented this out to a reputable farmer would you get more from that than farming it?

Increase your ROI that way and let someone else pay for the tile.

I know giving up control like that can be hard but there was a lot of land bought and paid for this way up here.

Farmer A buys it, Farmer B who grows veggies rents it for 10 years for big bucks and the land is paid for at year 7-8.
