Just curious on what you think will happen to farmland owners if the US economy gets so bad that the government "confiscates" the 9 to 5ers 401k accounts?
My guess is farmland would also be taxed to the point where maintaining farmland ownership by individuals would make little economic sense.
Bottom line, no one would be spared from the implosion if 401k accounts are seized.
