It sure seems to bother you that I don't kneel at the almighty alter of you have to pay everything out in cash rent because If I don't I might lose the land.
Land values are dropping those that refuse to make these adjustments will be working in town soon.

There is more to this story and it also could be a fabrication on the percentage amount. I mean really we don't know where you are or what town so how are we to know right?
