+1 on that. Problem seems to be a shortage of laborers around here. Even the local pizza hut can't deliver and the KFC had to shut down because of no help. Then try to find one that could operate a piece of farm equipment puts you up another level. Pay is not always the problem, some of them need to get "skills, ambition, and lose the connection to their phone and buddies" to make more than $8 a hour.
