That's never fun, but sometimes necessary. I have been down that road a time or two. You can start out trying to be flexible and accommodating, but in the big picture after some time you end up working for them. Old saying around here goes; first year they work for you, second year they work with you, third year they run the whole show. Probably true to some variation.
