Beresford, SD | I pay our hired man a fair hourly wage, I buy his noon meal every day....Normally eat at home. I provide no benefits for him. He is 20 and currently lives at home with his folks. I did give his family a 1/4 beef this fall. I do treat him like family and consider him my oldest son. He is having dinner again today with army national guard recruiter.......I think it may be a good thing for him as it would provide benefits and extra cash to supplement his job here on the farm. | |
