Day Co. SD | I think with younger folks the whole company pu is a source of identity. I lived through it too. from age 14 to 20 I drove the company truck every chance I got. Figured it was a way to be noticed that u were being productive to society. By age 25 I really started to despise driving anything but my own vehicles. Driving the company truck after that felt like you were in the owners grips all the time. Whether you pay cash or gas it is still a expense. Stick with the cash. It frees up your brain of one more thing to worry about and it makes employees responsible for their own financial actions. Edit. I see now Mich Beef has the best reply.
