I guess it will boil down to what your actual yields are, not the county t yield. You need to use your actual yield history to figure what you think is fair for that piece of ground. If you cannot consistently produce that t yield, she wants way too much, if you produce more than t yields, you might still break even at least. I know I can consistently beat the county t yields on beans, but cannot on wheat. Corn just depends on the year.
