goodhue county,mn | about 20 years ago I answered an ad in the paper , picked up about 90 acres for 60 bucks an acre.......previous landlord asked me later that summer what I payed..I told him , he said he was paying 15 dollars more an acre and the landlord raised it about 5 dollars a year, he said no, and landlord lost potential money....whos to say your situation is no different, no one else may pay her what you are paying....just my 2 cents | |
