| I'm guessing she found out about the land rent auction that happened last summer just after the last lease was signed. She has a point, someone is without a doubt paying that much for similar land. But the picture was a lot rosier last summer, too. And someone would take that lease now as a shot just to get on it, even with things not being so hot in the markets right now.
I suppose it ultimately comes down to how important growth or maintaining operation size is. | |
