Not sure if you are still looking at this or not but...
For an application like this, I would recommend getting two small media converters. You will use them on each of your conduit run which will contain the fiber to change the signal back and forth to ethernet. L-com is a great source for the items you need.

I would recommend a pair of these media converters as they are very cost effective.

Not positive on the cable length you need, but here is a 100/125/150m cable for this application.
