If you google a diagram, you can get a pinout.  Each connection only uses half the wires.  If you have one cable running and you need 2 connections through it, you can actually divide the pairs out among 2 plugs if granted that you put them in the right pins.  

If I were you I'd start shopping ebay.  For a few hundred bucks and some time you should be able to get it done.  You can buy pre terminated  fiber relatively cheap.
