SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass! | Lots of good advice given. My first son was a piece of cake and my wife and I thought we had parenting down pat. My second came along 6 years latter and we found out we didn't have a clue. The saying "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink" applies to parenting too. My Sis raised her kids perfectly. they were good students, good in sports, polite and hard workers. She and her husband really seemed to have the touch. They left home and wow! Not much help I know but it ain't easy. |
