EC SoDak | I’d imagine it’ll go down, correct itself if you will, but I don’t foresee it dropping like a rock by any means. After the ethanol/drought run up with cheap interest rates, I believe Cornbelt land corrected down 20-30% depending on area. Soonish, cash levels will likely come back down to normal and if interest rates stay in the more historical levels, not cheap interest like after the 08 crash, odds are they’ll correct down even more than last time. Doesn’t mean it’ll be an 80s event, but correct itself. It always does until the next match is lit, what that is, time will tell. | |
