Read and understand the situation. 84% of Iowa land is owned free and clear. You can pay a whole lot for a 160 if you already own the section across the road and the 80 next to it free and clear. From there it only takes two to push the price up. It's no longer of a case can it cash flow on its own but weather it is a long-term good investment. I would challenge you to find a place in the last 100 years the land has not increased in value 30 years after it was first purchased. | |
