I wouldn't have passed you in my personal vehicle even .3 reasons .You can't see beyond the top of the bridge and it isn't clear if there is an intersection mjust beyond .Second my time isn't so valuable to risk an accident, I never pass on a solid line in 2 way traffic .Third I'm not willing to give an officer a cheap ticket .
