SCIA | Buying when you are young does not always work. Older brother bought in his 20's, went broke, lost every thing. He started in 1980.
I started at land buying at 37 ( 1989). Now own 1500 paid for. Timing is as important, if not more than age. A young person who bought their first peice last year might have a tough row to hoe, unless they have a $100K off farm job. IMHO
