Holly Grove Arkansas | I've lived through a time where buying land would make you rich quick. I've live through a time when buying land put you out of business if you weren't well healed already, never recoup the origional investment if you were middle aged or beyond. I've lived through a time when land was a good solid long term investment. All of those things occurred in one 10 year period.
I can't tell you where to put your money now. I can't tell you if land today will be a good investment. I don't have a crystal ball. I can tell you that some here, actually all of us to some degree or another, suffer from survivorship bias.
