SW Ohio | I bought land at 21. Never rented an acre til last year. Did a pile of custom ap as extra income. Paid the farm off at 32. Bought another (high priced), rented family land that is 35 miles away. I have control, no fear of being knocked off my acres.
If this thing really falls apart, I am in position to buy and rent more. I took PLC and forward contracted enough to root for prices downward. I know there are other young guys out there doing as I have done. | |
