Yeah unless Tara was talking directly to him or the banker to get this information it seems a little fishy to me if what he said was true the farmer and the banker should get their heads screwed on straight. Didn't have enough money to buy it but he turns right around and pays 4% plus taxes for rent... figure that one out ?
