Strathcona, mn | +1, gotta get the ball rolling. Where to start first? I can't answer that as it has been an ongoing issue with me. I have a hard time seeing how buying land pays when you don't have the revenue stream to cash flow land payments. If you have an awesome off farm job and can cash flow land payments from that then land would be my purchase with the plan to farm later in life while relying on off farm career. If you want to farm fulltime and pull a family living then renting and building equipment line seams logical until enough cash flow is generated to pay land payments. It's a two edged sword. | |
