I think your proposal sounds perfect. You will make way more than 50 grand in 10 years on your investment. We had a farm this year that we had only gotten half tiled. With all the heavy rains we had this year the tiled section ended up yielding 60-100 bushel to acre better. And other than drainage this field has basically no variability. So that right there in 1 bad year more than paid for tile although we put the tile in ourself so we don't have near the amount invested per acre as you will have. But I think you will more than return your investment
