They can plant all their wet holes and think it’s the dust bowl again?
Please define what you believe a wet spot is?
In the Dakotas, they aren't that spot that dries out slower because the tile is under sized. We have some spots planted this year that two years ago, had 6ft of water. 5 to 40ac spots. It isn't a flash drought here, it's been a slow draw down. We are sitting considerably better than nw of here.
That said, it doesn't seem to take a bunch rain to make a crop, just timed right. We will see how it turns out. |
