It took me years to figure out that just because I CAN do that, or just because I KNOW HOW to do that, doesn't mean I have the time or that I'm actually going to do it.
Sometimes it makes sense to call the garage door opener guy and get it fixed rather than have it broken for 3 months because "I know I can fix that and as soon as I get time I'll do it"
