I bet you would be surprised how much more you will make farming without that town job.
I agree with this. Everything you hire out is bid at $30-75/hr. Not sure what your town job pays but if you start doing some of these things yourself you will find out that farming can be profitable!
Some “can’t” boils down to personality and if you love doing it.
If he really loves it.
He already knows the right people and numbers.
