It makes them ALOT of $$$ to adjust to 15.5 and NOT pay a premium for drier corn , wheat , any commodity. Farmers are bilked out of millions annually.
Should be a sliding scale just like it is for wet commodities.
Reminds me of the dammed protein premium game that they play. Pay a premium for high protein wheat one year then pay a premium for low protein the next year. WTF oh well get ( have been ) screwed both ways I guess.

Where did they come up with the rules for the farming game anyway... Heads they win ....Tails you lose!
