Central Nebraska | Hopefully this debacle and others like it will encourage people of all walks of life to learn about some of the things like plumbing and other trades that make civilized life more civil. In this case there are most likely a few factors working against the guy. Supplies are very scarce along with strict codes and regulations. While many of these rules were enacted with good intentions, red tape and bureaucracy have made things way too complicated and in many cases down right silly. | |
