Cherokee County, Northwest Iowa | Just confirming what others have said about farm boys and the military: Local couple has a son who is, as another person said once "One of those guys in the black coveralls that you never see or hear about". I have never met the guy, I always ask his father about him whenever i happen to see him, he says "His mother and I really don't have any idea what he is doing." The parents did met the son's commanding officer years ago, who said "Just give me a bunch of farm boys anyday". |
