North Central Missouri | I’m odd I guess but my guy is salary. Pay based off 2080 hours. Holidays off. Work no more than 6 days a week and because working time is compressed to longer hour days and full weeks at times he gets 12 weeks worth of days off including holidays. Works great. He knows how much he makes and pay is steady. He logs hours to keep track of time worked. It’s my job to plan a productive day or send him home if it’s slow. But if you want to pay hourly then it is fine. But some people just want to milk the clock. | |
