SW KS | We have all salaried employees but they get treated well like yours. Or at least I hope they think they are treated well. They had 6 weeks off for Christmas, most weekends are off and any personal time they need. This works fine as long as they are dependable during busy times. I have been around several places that the guys polish bolts for 60 hours a week because they are hourly and need the money. It works both ways. Some employers are just an ass no matter how they structure the pay. | |
