The burden rate gets real for salary.
Everyone has a life to live. As an employer it’s best to know the individual wants. Some want more time, some want more (insert thing here).
For the employee with a book keeper type personality, always looking for a better option, farm labor should be crossed off your list of things to do unless it’s after hours part time gig.
