This may sound dumb, but, did you put Deere load sense kit on? There is a kit from Deere that needs to be installed . It goes on the top of the SCV stack and it strokes up the pump, when using the power beyond to power anything.
ETA: from your pics, it looks like there might be hoses running to the LS port, but, without the internal parts, it does nto stroke up the pump
