You're missing the point, deliberately I think.
Milk is more expensive in New Zealand than Canada etc etc.
Removing the quota system there didn't help the consumer one little butt hair.
If the quota system were removed in Canada we would be flooded (like from a 48" pipeline) with milk and pseudo milk (think pizza cheese made from oil) products from our cousins to the south.
