The frost usually keeps going deeper even when the tulips are blooming on top. The ground can't tell how warm it is on the surface, only thing that matters is how cold the ground is immediately above it.
If I'm understanding that, that's a test spot with the ground kept bare?
How does frost go deeper if it's warmer below and above? Ive never seen that happen on my sensors. |
