No till the beans. look into strip tilling the corn. my in-laws are stripping 15" corn by running a 24 row 30" dawn purbilus and then shifting over 15". It seems to be working well for them.

Unless you are on sandy soil, i don't think you will be happy no tilling corn. Atleast for the first few years as the soils transition from full tillage.
