Way back when I did.

We like hamburger the best. Here it is according to my wife.

2# ground beef 80% lean or leaner
2 eggs
1 T Itallian seasoning
1/2cup chopped onions
1/2 cup Parmesean cheese optional
salt and pepper to taste

Salt the bottom of iron skillet. Pat meat mixture into the bottom. Bake or cook on stove top till browned on one side then flip. Add sauce and toppings. Bake until cheese is melted and hamburger is fully cooked.

She has also done it on a stone in the oven with parchment paper under the hamburger.

It is not rocket science. I don't think she does it twice the same way.
