Johns correct on cookie sheet but only if you fill that stone out to the edge.If you keep it in an inch and liberally apply some cheese along the edge of meat it melts and forms a crust on the stone,then no drippings.It may be my favorite low carb meal,you eat 2 slices and you are darn full.
