Got to agree with your son and friends , RedOak . I used to crash every day between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm.......got the sleep machine about 8 yrs ago and have never napped in middle of the day since .
This time of year....go to bed between 8:00 and 9:00 and up at 5:00 and almost never have restroom call in middle of the night.
