mjl - 12/1/2020 08:03 Maybe its because we are not as busy so need less time to recover, I use to sleep a solid 8, now am fine with 6 most the time I can't sleep 6 though, part of it is I have to get up to pee in the night then can't fall back to sleep so just get up. I never been able to nap unless i only sleep 3-4 hours, I am not tired during the day so it must be enough.

Little off topic. Was doing 3+ trips to bathroom a night. Complained of some discomfort. No infection. Took 2 ibuprofen for a sore back one night. No trips! So kept taking it at bed time. Trips are down to 1 or less, rolling back over if I wake up.  Missed a night. Back to 3. Don't know why. Not spending an "office visit" to talk to Dr for now. Assume the anti-inflammatory portion is settling something down. And I had a clean biopsy early fall.
