My wife and I have been off soda for several years. But back in the day, I knew I had to make a change when I would take 4 24oz bottles along during planting. That’s going on 20 years ago now. I had very bad eating habits from growing up. My dad would drink most of a 12 pack of Dew a day. Along with junk food and sugary foods....he died from pancreatic cancer several years ago.
Whenever I eat poorly for awhile, it makes me think of him and gets me back to eating better. | |
