Subject: RE: HI-Tensile fence clean up

NW Minnesota
We made a winder that is three point mounted, driven by a hydraulic motor, and has removable spools. I used a old check corn planter guide to weave the wire back and forth on the spool. We made larger diameter spools for hi-tensile wire since it will coil when removed if it is wound too tight, probably 20" minimum diameter. We repeatably wind and unwind wire for temporary fencing of crop land in the fall and winter.
