Think they are called tornado wire winders.
Made my own outta old windmill pipe and plate. Mounts to skid steer auger attachment. Will usually do 1/4 mile of 5 wire at a time. Wraps it in a big ball for easy disposal. Have known some people just to use some old drill stem and then junk the whole thing when they are done.
