"no dock" and "no dock on this ticket" are two different things.

How much and under what terms the grain is sold is no business of the truck driver, and in most cases will be handled as if it is none of his business.

We've sold grain in lots larger then a truck load at times, with the grade being averaged across the contract instead of grading each load individually.  Some operators who are going to blend the grain anyway would rather get it as-is and have control of the blending rather then getting it after it has been blended.  It's easier to blend out something when you know exactly what it is.

It's not unheard of for a buyer to take a load or two of grain which is out of spec without docking it when it's part of a large lot of mostly above-grade grain.  There is no 'cost' to him to do it as all he has to do is use it to offset the stuff which was better then it had to be.
