St. Joseph, Champaign County, IL | I’m disappointed I see anyone wearing one, knowing that more than likely they’re wearing it because of some mandate, at this point in time.
One reason I’m disappointed is because they make communication so much harder. I don’t claim to be able to read lips, but I do know that seeing a person’s mouth when they’re speaking can greatly help the person listening comprehend what’s being said.
